Rhystic Tithe

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, put a charge counter on Rhystic Tithe unless that player pays {1}.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, remove all charge counters from Rhystic Tithe. Add one mana of any color to your mana pool for each charge counter removed this way.
