Whenever a counter is remove from a card in exile, put a charge counter on Riftbreach Orb.
{3},{t}, Sacrifice Riftbreach Orb: exile a card from your hand with converted mana cost X or less, where X is the number of charge counters on Riftbreach Orb. Put three time counters on it and it gains suspend.
