Target Player's Graveyard is put onto the battlefield. Instants take place and can be used. Creatures take play no matter the mana cost.
Anything killed from now on is shuffled into the library.
Deal 2 damage to another target player. They now exile their graveyard but draw 5 cards. Those cards cannot be discarded
