Rise of the Underking

I- Put a deathtouch counter on up to one target creature you control.
II- Until the start of your next turn, whenever a creature dies, create a Food token.
III- Create a number of Treasure tokens equal to
the number of Food tokens you control. Exile
Rise of the Underking, then return it to the battlefield (front face up).
