Rules of Yu-Gi-Oh

Whenever a player casts a creature spell with converted mana cost 4 or greater, they sacrifice a creature.
Whenever a player casts a creature spell with converted mana cost 8 or greater, they sacrifice two creatures.
Creatures can block when they are tapped and can only block when they are tapped.
