Enchanted creature gets +X/+X, X is the number of Dragon creatures in the graveyard, hand and on the battlefield. Owner must reveal dragon creatures in his or her's hand. For every dragon revealed in the owner's hand, he or she, gains 3 life.

When this enchantment is removed from anywhere other than your hand, you may place it in your hand or library.
