-When Sa'daar the Great Whale enters the battlefield exile all permanents in all players graveyards, and for each permanent exiled this way put a +1/+1 counter on any creatures you control,
and for any permanent that leaves the battlefield is exiled instead, then create X 1/1 white
and blue fish creature tokens with flying, and vigilance (X being the mana cost of exiled permanents).
