Whenever a player would draw a card, that player puts the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard then that player chooses a card in their graveyard and returns it to their hand instead.
If a permanent or spell would be put into a graveyard from anywhere other than it owners library or hand, put it onto the bottom of its owners library instead.
