+4: Destroy target creature. It's controller creates a token that's a copy of it, except it's a 4/4 black Zombie.
-5: Target zombie gets +3/+0 until end of turn. Untap that creature.
-9: Destroy all non zombie creatures you control. Then create tokens that are copies of them, except they're all 4/4 black Zombies.
