Whenever an opponent draws a card, you may discard a card. If you do, Sans deals 3 damage to that player.
Creatures controlled by a player dealt damage this turn by Sans, the Obliterator can't attack. Whenever a creature you control becomes tapped, Sans, the Obliterator loses this ability.
