Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell the first time each of your turns, you can pay {1}, if you do copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy. When you do, choose one that hasn't already been selected from the list:

-Target player puts the top 3 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
-Scry 2, then draw a card.
-You gain X life, where X is the value of the copied spell.
