Sealed Tome enters the battlefield with five Lock counters on it.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
remove a Lock counter from Sealed Tome.
If Sealed Tome has no Lock counters on it,
whenever a player mills cards, you draw
that many cards and lose that much life.
The theft of knowledge carries a heavy price.
