Look at target opponent's library and all face-down cards that player owns.(Face-down cards both on the battlefield and in exile. Don't shuffle that library.).
Whenever an opponent shuffles his or her library, you may pay {2}. If you do, return Secrets of the Vault from your graveyard to your hand.
