At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on Seed of Life, then search your library for a Plant creature card with converted mana cost less than or equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on Seed of Life and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library. You gain that much life.
When you cast a spell, sacrifice Seed of Life.
