You may cast Septes, Refuse Crawler from your graveyard, but not from anywhere else.
When Septes enters the battlefield, scry 2.
When Septes dies, choose a card name, then reveal the bottom card of your library. If that card has the chosen name, put it into your graveyard and repeat this process.
