Sewer Plague

Enchant creature.
During its controller's upkeep, enchanted creature gets a -1/-1 counter. When enchanted creature dies, its controller may give an opponent a 1/1 black and red Demon Rat token creature and put Sewer Plague on
a creature that player controls.
It's the rats! They're the reason this plague is spreading so fast!
