Shadow of Death

When this enters the battlefield, choose upkeep or end step. At the beginning of that step, if your life total is 10 or less, put an undeath counter on Shadow of Death, then your life total becomes 10 minus the number of undeath counters on Shadow of Death.
Many who wish to gain power through selling their soul eventually get it back.
