Soul Steal: Whenever Shang Tsung deals combat damage to a player, you may exile a creature card from that player's graveyard. If you do, create a token that's a copy of that card, put a soul counter on Shang Tsung

Soul Absorption: Whenever another creature dies, put a soul counter on Shang Tsung.

Skull Fire {1}{b}{t}: Shang Tsung deals 3 damage to any target. Activate this ability only if Shang Tsung has at least one soul counter on him.
