Shared Victory

All permanents are indestructible and have hexproof until end of turn.
Remove all counters from all permanents and players, then redistribute them equally between each permanent or player that could receive each type of those counters rounded down.
It was only until our strength became our enemies, and theirs became ours, that we were able to find peace.
