Whenever you cast a instant or sorcery spell with {b} in it's mana cost you may pay 2 life, if you do that spell gains Rebound (The next time a spell with Rebound would enter the graveyard exile it instead, then at the beginning of your next turn you may play that card again without paying it's mana cost, then exile that card).
