+2: If you have less than three cards in your hand, draw a card. Draw an additional card.
-2: Select a card from target opponent's hand at random, and put that card on top of their library. Target opponent reveals their hand.
-9: You get an emblem that says, "If you would lose the game, instead end the turn, you take an extra turn, then you lose this emblem."
