When Soul Reclaimer enters the battlefield, shuffle each creature card from your graveyard into your library. Put a soul counter on this card for each card shuffled into your library this way.
When Soul Reclaimer dies, put the top X cards of your library into your graveyard, where X is the number of soul counters on Soul Reclaimer.
Every soul belongs somewhere.
