Exile a creature target opponent controls. That opponent exiles a creature you control. Return the exiled cards to the battlefield under the other player's control.
If both creatures were blue, this creature becomes a legendary blue Wizard creature with, "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, return this creature to it's owner's hand." in addition to it's other types.
