When you cast a spell with torment from your hand, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Some Grixis torment mages spend their free time at the Sphere of Eternal Torment. During this time, they play pranks from what they learned while looking at the Sphere. While looking in the Sphere, one can see how to best torment someone, and they use this on their fellow mages.
