Whenever a creature becomes blocked by Spricthract, tap that creature and it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
When camping in forest, Umaya's phalanxes make a series of charges around the perimeter, their shields compacting underbrush around the camp. The result is a Spricthract, a singularly maddening wall of greenery.
