Play with the top card of your library reviled. You may
cast instant and sorcery cards from the top of your
library.

Whenever you draw a card put an archive counter on Suek. When you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may remove
a number of archive counters equal to that spell's mana
value. If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new
targets for the copy.
