Taken for Compleation

At the end of each turn, put a compleation
counter on each creature in exile.
If a creature would enter into the battlefield from exile, remove all compleation counters from it,
then if more compleation counters than that creauture's mana value was removed this way, it
enters into the battlefield under your control
instead and is a Phyrexian in addition to its other
types.
