Tar Stalker

When Tar Stalker deals damage to a opponent, you may put a tar counter on target permeant that opponent controls.

While they are more prevalent near the ceiling in most areas, in tight spots of a cavern or dungeon they stick to the walls, grabbing anything that carelessly turns a corner or enters a tight passageway.
