When Tea Party enters the battlefield, each player creates a number of Tea tokens and a number of Cookies tokens each equal to the number of
creatures that player controls
Creatures can't attack, and gain "{t}: Sacrifice a
Tea token or a Cookies token. You gain 1 life."
When there are no Tea or Cookies tokens on the battlefield, sacrifice Tea Party.
