Tempestuous Inspiration

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player exiles the top card of his or her library. Until end of turn, that player may play that card.
Many alchemists on Khaast use volatile stimulants which greatly increase their chance of innovation, but can have devastating permanent effects on the mind.
