Temporal Abductor

Phasing (This phases in or out before you untap during each of your untap steps. While it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist.)
When Temporal Abductor phases out, you may exile target creature until it phases back in.
If Temporal Abductor would phase in, you may instead put it on the bottom of it's owner's library. If you do, each player shuffles each
