Tentarus

You may choose not to untap Tentarus during your untap step.
{1}{u},{t}: Tap target creature an opponent controls. It doesn't untap during its controller's untap step for as long as Tentarus remains tapped.
{u}{u}: Put a -1/-1 counter on target tapped creature other than Tentarus.
