: Whenever a creature you control dies, if it had no counters on it, put it back on the battlefield with any kind of counter of your choice.
+1: Draw a card for each permanent you control with a counter on it.
-3: Put a creature from your graveyard on the battlefield under you control with a -1/-1 counter on it.
