The Blood Apple

When The Blood Apple enters the battlefield, each opponent sacrifices a creature or planeswalker. You gain life equal to the total mana value of permanents sacrificed this way.
Demon creatures you control get +2/+1 and have Trample.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control a Demon named Urizen, Nefarious Usurper with power 10 or greater, you may exile Blood Apple. If you do, transform Urizen.
