The City Encased

When you cast The City Encased, choose Frost
or Blizzard.
If you chose Frost, Create 7 2/2 blue Ice Walker creature tokens and put them on the battlefield
tapped.
If you chose Blizzard, Tap up to 8 target lands
an opponent controls, those lands do not untap
during their controllers next untap step.
