The demise of death

When the Demise of death enters the battlefield return all creature cards in exile and the graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on them
Whenever a creature would enter exile or the graveyard from the battlefield instead put them on the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on them.
