The Devil's Jester

Draw Five Cards! Look at them, and then lay
them face down. Try to get others to take cards
without revealing any info about them. If they
do, the cards chosen affect them instead of you.
All remaining cards affect you. The Deck
randomly chooses the order. For each joker
that affects someone else, they suffer a Minor
random penalty. For each joker that affects
you, you suffer a Basic penalty to HP pool.
