The Grand Timestone

When The Grand Timestone enters the battlefield search your library for up to four creature cards with different names that each have a converted mana cost 4 or less and exile them.
Then shuffle your library and put 4 time counters on The Grand Timestone.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may remove
a time counter from The Grand Timestone. If
you do, you may cast a creature exiled with The Grand Timestone without paying it's mana cost
