Trample
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice another creature. If you do, put a
number of +1/+1 counters on The Greatest
Jagras equal to the sacrificed creature's
toughness.
When The Greatest Jagras dies, you gain life
equal to the amount of +1/+1 counters on it.
