The Grinch

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, gain control of target present that player controls. If that player controls no presents, they lose 2 life instead.
When you gain control of a present, trigger it's enter the battlefield effect. (When a present enters the battlefield, its controller gets to choose to either gain 3 life, draw a card, or create a 1/2 green elf creature token.)
