The Horned One's Circlet

This circlet can only be worn by someone with horns.
This circlet holds 3 charges. Whenever you deal fire damage you may extend one charge. When a charge is expended add 1d6 fire damage to the damage dealt. The circlet gains 1d4+1 charges daily at dawn.
