The Lamp

When The Lamp comes into play or when any player gains control of it, remove all wish counters from The Lamp, then put three wish counters on The Lamp.
Remove a wish counter from The Lamp: Search target library for any card, reveal it & put it into your hand, shuffle that library afterward.
If there are no wish counters on The Lamp, give target opponent control of the lamp.
