The Power Couple

+1: Up to 1 target creature has base power and toughness 0/2 until your next turn.
+2: Look at the top card of a player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player's library.
-8: Draw four cards. When you do, The Power Couple deals damage to any target equal to the number of cards in your hand.
