The Recycler

You may have creatures you control enter the battlefield with a hollow counter. If you do, put a
+1/+1 counter on The Recycler. (Creatures with a hollow counter are black Zombies and have no abilities.
If a creature with a hollow counter would die, exile it instead.)
Remove three +1/+1 counters from The Recycler: return target creature from exile to the battlefield tapped.
