The Riddler

+1: Until end of turn all Heroes become Villains and all Villains become Heroes. All Heroes gain +1/+2 and all villains gain +2/+1.
-2: Draw the top seven cards of your library and create three piles. Target oponent chooses one pile and you receive the other two.
-9: Look at target opponent's hand. You may play one of those cards without paying the mana cost, they must discard half of their remaining hand.
