The Strength Arcana

1 - Target permanent is shuffled into its
owner's library. Its controller reveals the top card of their library. If it is a permanent, place it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, it is put into its owner's hand.

2 - Destroy target creature. Its controller creates two 1/1 copies of the creature.

3 - Create a 1/1 red Spirit enchantment creature token. Put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of creatures in your graveyard.
