The Time stone

At the begining of your upkeep, remove all power counters from The Time stone and then add X
power counters to The Time stone where X is the number of Infinity stones you control.
{t}, Remove 1 power counter: Return target
non-land permanant to it's owners hand.
{t}, Remove 2 power counters: Return a card from
your graveyard to your hand.
{t}, Remove 4 power counters: Untap any number
of target permanents.
