The Trials of Q

Q appears and puts you to the test. The GM
is free to be imaginative here, but it will always
test your morality, intellect, meekness, & ability
to adapt. Failure means death or a truly Epic
level punishment/penalty. Success means you
gain some reward that is Basic to Major level
of Q's (the GM's) choosing.
