The Unshackled Mind

If you would gain one of the following effects, add a corresponding amount of charges to the Unshackled Mind.
Frightened - 1 charge, Exhaustion - 3 charges
Paralyzed - 6 charges, Stunned - 12 charges
If the earring has 12 or more charges and charges are added to it, roll a d20. If the result is equal to or less than the amount of charges after the addition, the ring breaks and loses its powers. For each hour of rest you get, remove one charge from it.
