+1: Distribute three -1/-1 counters amongst creatures on the battlefield.
-3: Return target creature from a graveyard to to the battlefield under your control. It gains wither.
-10: Destroy all creatures on the battlefield, then return all creatures destroyed this way to the battlefield under your control. They gain wither.
